When will our country ever get things right? Is it even possible? 
At least the assholes (excuse my french) were found guilty in the death of Tyre Nichols, but isn't it strange that this time, when the police were found guilty, they're all black police officers?
Like "Oh well when Black police officers kill a black man then we definitely should consider it a crime, but when a white police officer kills a black man, nah no problem. 
Whatever. 
It breaks my heart. 

I love hitting the road and getting to my favorite state of California! I discovered these yummy granola bars while I was in Big Sur, and now I try to find them wherever I go. 
Driving along Highway 1 has been impossible thanks to mud slides from the rain, but I still love getting out the the coast from San Simeon down through San Luis Obispo, all the way to Anaheim. 
So much driving means I have to eat on the run, and this is how I try to stay healthy.
